Question 1

What does Service Rally provide?

Accepted Answer

Service Rally provides a signed-in business workspace and a saved business profile for your service business. The workspace is the place to manage your setup and incoming homeowner lead requests.

Question 2

Where do homeowner requests go?

Accepted Answer

Submitted homeowner requests appear in your Service Rally leads inbox and use the contact details saved in your business profile.

Question 3

What does connection readiness mean?

Accepted Answer

Connection readiness covers the Website, Google Business Profile, and Facebook channels currently named in Service Rally. “Connected” means Service Rally has verified the connection on the server. Other channels may still need authorization from the business owner.

Question 4

How do I share a public lead-request link?

Accepted Answer

After you save your business profile, Service Rally creates an owner-specific link in the form `/request/<businessProfileId>`. You can share that link with homeowners, and their submissions route to your Service Rally leads inbox. The exact link is created for your business, so there is no generic link to use here.

Question 5

How much does Service Rally cost?

Accepted Answer

The standard price is $250/month. Eligible subscriptions may receive $99 for the first month during the 90-day promotional window; after that first month, the standard $250/month price applies. Promotion eligibility and timing are subject to the offer terms.

Question 6

Is there a contract, and can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

There is no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Question 7

Does Service Rally include automated messaging, booking, or review requests?

Accepted Answer

Automated messaging, calendar booking, and review-request features are not currently available in Service Rally. A callback-window field is only a preference submitted with a request; it is not a scheduled appointment.
